Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to our VP of Customer Operations, this role will play a critical role in building efficiencies for our GTM team and supporting client projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to build training materials, drive adoption of tools, project manage strategic client engagements and support senior leaders.  The successful candidate will wear a variety of hats to ensure our customers, partners and team members are well equipped to do their best work! Job Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Develop and deliver Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
  • Work cross functionally to develop annual GTM plans and support execution
  • Research and identify productivity and process improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with channel marketing peers to develop and execute on campaigns to generate leads (i.e. webinars, lunch and learns, training sessions, etc)
  • Support project management tracking activities and task execution with ISG customers
  • Support CRM administration and data cleanliness activities
  • Support phone inquiries from customer support portal 
  • Support onboarding of new employees and partners 
  • Support ISG sellers to ensure sales reports are accurate, insights are captured, and blockers are removed
  • Attend meetings, capture meeting notes, and update CRM
  • Keep internal enablement assets and sites up to date 
  • Main contact for vendor / security assessments for opportunities and partner engagements 
  • Support proposal development and coordination with the deal desk team
  • Help with process documentation and governance for the GTM team 
  • Support and research aid for strategic projects, partners and target accounts 
  • Develop, proofread, and finalize content and selling assets for external distribution and social media
  • Other tasks and duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Who You Are)

  • College or University diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline 
  • Experience in a similar role at a software company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Resourceful and good research skills, who would thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment  
  • Comfortable with ambiguity associated with a fast-moving business  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively provide updates 
  • Impeccable time management and organizational skills. 

Nice To Have Skills:

  • Experience with project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile
  • Proficient with Office 365
