Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support business development activities and help drive operational excellence across our field sales organization. This role will work closely with field sellers to ensure efficient execution of the sales process, while also supporting the Head of Operations in strategic planning, performance tracking and process improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working cross-functionally and is passionate about building the operational backbone of a growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

· Partner with field sellers to provide day-to-day support for opportunity tracking and deal coordination

· Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, pricing requests and RFP responses

· Ensure timely follow-up and execution of next steps related to new business opportunities

· Work closely with the team to support business planning, KPI tracking and reporting needs

· Complete vendor onboarding with external parties and support contract reviews with internal stakeholders.

· Help define and refine internal sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

· Support special projects tied to partner engagements, systems enhancements or go-to-market planning

· Own the administration of the CRM ensuring system usability and data integrity

· Maintain up-to-date CRM data and create dashboards to monitor pipeline health, sales performance and deal velocity

· Train and support field sellers in leveraging CRM and sales tools effectively

Minimum Qualifications (Who You Are)

· 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or a related role (preferably in a SaaS or technology environment)

· Strong experience with CRM platforms

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset

· Comfortable working with data to build reports, interpret performance metrics and identify trends

· Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment

· Experience supporting field sales teams is a strong asset
